HA Village is a private residential compound located in Al Qaraoun, west of Bikaa, Lebanon. It has an area of 21,882 m2, and it is made up of a palace, 4 villas, a guard house and various landscaping elements.
Our job was to renovate and redesign the vast majority of the project, which was in the process of being built.
In the landscaping part in general, we split the land into 9 sectors, A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, and I, in order for us to be able to work more efficiently.

BRIEF SECTORS INFORMATION
Sector A
Sector A of the Landscape contains Villas V1 and V2. It has an area of 2,894 m2.
Sector B
Sector B of the Landscape contains Villas V3 and V4. It has an area of 2,654 m2.
Sector C
Sector C of the Landscape contains the Palace. It has an area of 3,593 m2.
Sector D
Sector D of the Landscape contains the soccer and basketball fields. It has an area of 1,945 m2.
Sector E
Sector E of the Landscape contains the Gazebo. It has an area of 2,020 m2.
Sector F
Sector F of the Landscape contains the Cave and the Platform. It has an area of 2,337 m2.
Sector G
Sector G of the Landscape contains an outdoor seating area. It has an area of 1,082 m2.
Sector H
Sector H of the Landscape contains the Sceco Room. It has an area of 1,041 m2.
Sector I of the Landscape contains the River and the entrance of the project. It has an area of 4,308 m2.
